Shipping Information

It is difficult to calculate the actual shipping cost in advance because of my products varying sizes, shapes and weights. I make every effort to provide you with the quickest, most affordable shipping available. Generally, the more you order, the less it will cost per item to ship. I use USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate) as my primary shipping method. Tracking and $50 insurance are included with the cost. The shipping cost and sales tax, if applicable, can be estimated and applied to your purchase when you view the shopping cart. The "Total Based Shipping" option that I use is based on your total purchase amount. When you are ready to checkout you will be directed to the secure Paypal checkout summary - you do not need a Paypal account in order to pay with a credit card.  At this point, you also have the option to cancel your transaction and return to the Rock River Soapworks website.

NOTICE: If you are local and would like to save on shipping charges, please select "Local Pickup" in the shopping cart or checkout page.  I will contact your after I receive your order to make arrangements for local pickup.
